To be Ardi or not to be

If it interests you here is an article about a newer discovery. Ardi is now thought to be one of the oldest human ancestors. What do you think?

  1. Its hard to say that this is 100% false, but the fact that exactly what scientists needed to find including the pelvis, hands, feet, and skull were there for the taking and in alright shape is a bit of a stretch to me. Then again it could be completely valid! It was such a long time ago that practically anything is possible.

  2. This could be a rare find. So what if ardi was in fact one of humans oldest ancestors or maybe the missing link? Will all religions just stop believing in God or a supreme being? But if there is no hard proof it does not prove anything. So every one might just have wasted their time.

  3. Just because someone made a discovery that could prove that evolution is an all too real thing. Does not, disprove that god may exist. It is a scientific discovery. That does not make it propaganda against religion.
Do you think that when these scientists discovered Ardi that they were set on making people lose faith in god. I would say, that's a no.
These scientists are just trying to provide the population with facts. You have to look past tricky written journalism and see the truth behind the matter.
They made a discovery and unless you're going to go out and disprove it. Please don't complain that it might ruin religion, and what you believe in.

  4. I'm not very surprised at all, evidence never seems to be fully proven towards theories because that's wha they are is theories. But to think that apes, or the primate species, has a larger brain potential or use capability makes me believe that they are very close to us, for we know what our race has been capable of throughout watching history, and comparing it with behaviors of other species or animals.
